压铸用砂芯的试验研究

【摘要】 研制的压铸用溃散性砂芯，用于压铸ＺＬ１０２铝合金，压铸件的孔型成形完好，无粘砂缺陷，溃散性好，可满足压铸工艺及铸件质量要求

【Abstract】 The developed sand cores collapsibility is good,which is tested by the die casting of ZL102 aluminium alloy, and it can meet the requirments of die casting technology and its quality.
