中药对红细胞膜流动性影响的研究

【摘要】 以邻苯三酚在碱性条件下自氧化产生的超氧阴离子自由基（Ｏ－·２）对人红细胞膜的过氧化损伤作用为研究模型，探讨丹参、生姜、鱼腥草等８种中药对红细胞膜流动性的保护作用。结果表明，丹参等８种中药对人红细胞膜有明显的、不同程度的保护作用。

【Abstract】 The present paper discusses the Chinese medicine in protection of fluidity of membrane lipids from damage of human erythrocyte by superoxide anion(O -· 2) generated from autooxidation of pyrogallie acid at pH 8.4.The result indicates that some Chinese medicine have evident and different level protection for erythrocyte membrane.
