25管准光功率合成器的最佳结构设计
GLOBAL OPTIMIZATION DESIGN OF QUASI-OPTICAL POWER COMBINER WITH 25 SOLID-STATE SOURCES
【摘要】 本文设计的准光功率合成器能够把能量从源阵面转换为基模波束.该源阵面包括25个GUNN或IMPATT管.通过使用多波束反射理论和厄密-高斯解以及全局优化法,求出了基模功率、基模的分数功率和效率的全域最佳值.输出的射频功率已超过了所有单管输出功率之和.
【Abstract】 A quasi-optical power combiner is designed to result in very efficient energy transferin the fundamental wave-beam mode from the planar source-array that contain 25 individu-al elements (GUNN or IMPATT diodes). The global optima of the fundamental modepower, the fractional power of fundamental m0de and the efficiency are obtained throughthe theory of reiterative wave beams (beam modes) with application of Hermite-Gaussianresult and the global optimization method- The rf power exceeds the sum of the individualdiode output.
