一例维汉混血儿的血红蛋白Handsworth及结构分析

【摘要】 本文报道了在江西省一名维吾尔族与汉族混血青年中发现了一例血红蛋白Ｈａｎｄｓｗｏｒｔｈ，并对其进行了结构分析，证明它是ＨｂＨａｎｄｓｗｏｒｔｈ（α１８（Ａ１６）Ｇｌｙ→Ａｒｇ），属国内第２例报道

【Abstract】 The present paper describes the sfructure onalysis of an abnormal hemoglobin variant of α-chain found in a chinese youngman in the Jiujiang District of Jiangxi Province,and finds it to be hemoglobin Handsworth (α-18(A16)Gly→Arg).
