【Abstract】 The syndrome due to first and second branchial arch growthing obstruction involves widerang- ing,and leads to distinct deformities.This paper presents eight cases with first and second branchial arch wyn- drome were repaired using transverse facial cleft repairing operation,stuffing hemifacial atrophy with silica gel,and otoplasty in recend years.The results were satisfactory.The operative opportunity and feasibility of hemifacial atrophy stuffed with silica gel are discussed.更多还原
