【摘要】 比较海马两提取物中氨基酸和微量元素含量。方法用高效液相色谱法和火焰原子吸收法，分别对海马水提取物（ＷＥＨ）和乙醇提取物（ＥＥＨ）中所含氨基酸和微量元素进行测定。结果ＷＥＨ中含有Ｌｙｓ，Ｐｈｅ，Ａｒｇ等１７种氨基酸和Ｆｅ，Ｍｎ，Ｚｎ，Ｃｕ等１０种微量元素在ＥＥＨ中含有１０种氨基酸和８种微量元素。结论两提取物中氨基酸和徽量元素含量有差异更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The authors made a comparision between water extract of Hippocampus( WEH) and ethanol extract of Hippocampus(EEH ) in the concentration of amino acids and trace elments Method The HPLC methed and atomic absorption photometry assay were used. Result WEH contain 17 kinds of amino acids including Asp , Glu , Hyp etc and 10 kinds of trace elements including Cu,Mn ,Zn ,Fe etc and EEH contain 10 kinds of amino acids and 8 kinds trace elements.
