【摘要】 给大鼠腹腔注射不同剂量的醒脑注射液，连续给药20天，并持续观察40天，对其毒性进行实验研究．结果表明，在实验的第10天、20天、30天、40天检测各大鼠体重、体温、心率、呼吸频率等指标与对照组无显著差异。肠、肝、肾等脏器病理检查亦未发现异常改变，证实该药无明显毒副作用．更多还原

【Abstract】 Different dosages of awaking brain injection were injected to the mice cavities for 20 days running and also observed for 40 days continuously in order to test its toxicity. The re-sult showed that such indexes as the rats’ weight,temperature,heart rate and respiratory rate during the 10th day,20th day,30th day and 40th day of the experiment were no difference from those of control group. No abnormal change for their intestines,livers and kidneys was found by pathological checkup so that the injection was confirmed to be no side effect.更多还原
