【摘要】 从江苏连支港支台山赤松林区黑刺蚁(PolyrhachisdivesF.smith)幼虫体内分离出一株产生伴孢晶体的芽孢杆菌LY30株。该菌株具有苏云金杆菌(B.thuringiensia)的特征。具周生鞭毛,所产生的晶体为钝菱形、不规则形、卵形等多种形态和它们的镶嵌体。且具显著晶格。经生理生化和血清学鉴定,该菌株属苏云金杆菌鲇泽亚种,血清型7(B.thuringiensissubspaizawai,serotypeH7),对赤松毛虫(DendrolimusspectabilisButler)、柏毛虫(Dendrolin. islatipenniswalker)、玉米螟(Ostriniafurnacalis)、莱青虫(Plerisrapae)等幼虫有明显的致病性,尤其对赤松毛虫具有很高的毒力。聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS—PAGE)结果表明该菌具有135—185Kd大小的特殊晶体蛋白组分。更多还原

【Abstract】 LY30 isolate of Bacillus thringiensis was isolated form larvae of Polyrhachis dives F.smith died of diseases in the areas of yuntai mountains in Lianyungang city in Jiangsu province. This strain was Bacillus produced many sorts of parasporal crystals , such as rhombus , irregular,oval and mosaic-bipyramid,The results of biochemical reactions and serotype imdicated that strain Ly30 belonged to serotype H7,B. thuringiensis var. aizawai.The ami - insect pest effect in laboratory was also tested. Strain LY30 Possesses quite satisfactory lethal effect on the larvae of Dendrolimus latipennis walker , ostrinia furnacalis ,Pieris ra-pae,especially on the larvae of Dendrolinus spectabilis Butler.The patterns of parasporal crystals by SDS-PAGE shows that strain Ly30 has special proteins which have 135-185Kd molecular weight.更多还原
