【摘要】 本文观察了36例初诊糖耐量正常的高血压病患者。以胰岛素抵抗指数代表胰岛素抵抗（IR）敏感性。发现患者的血压升高的严重程度与IR程度呈明显正相关。其与舒张压、收缩压、平均压的相关系数分别为：0．71，0．69，0．71（P值分为0．0001，0．001，0．001）。另外，在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压分期中，两组IR指数差异也显著（P＜0．001）。说明IR程度与血压升高的严重程度明显正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 We measured insulin sensitivity (using the expo nent of insulin resistance) in 36 subjects with untreated es sential hypertension, and momal glucose tolerance. We dis covered that the degree of IR(using the exponent) was in versely related to degree of hypertension. The co effcient of IR to systolocs, diastoltics, and mean blood pres sure was 0.71、 0.69 and 0.71 (all P < 0.01)respectively.Moreover, the exponent of IR has an obviously difference be tween 1 and Ⅱ phase hyperension.
