【Abstract】 A method is presented for separation, extraction and refinement of effective components of natural products by combining the resin, high performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) , which is a modern method for separation and analysis,and the thin layer chromatography (TLC). It proved as a rapid,. effective, simple and convenient method for industrial production. In this method, with resin as the main body and HPTLC (TLC) as leading, the kind of resins and the condition of separation and elution can be soon determined.
