【摘要】 观察９１名蓄电池厂男性铅作业工人和４０名服装厂（非铅接触对照组）男性工人生殖内分泌激素ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ、ＰＲＬ和Ｔ的血清浓度。结果：铅作业工人血铅水平显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。低铅负荷组（ＢＰｂ２５－４０μｇ／ｄ１）ＬＨ含量明显低于对照组，且Ｔ也有降低的现象。提示较低的铅负荷对男性内分泌功能有干扰作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum reproductive endocrine hormones,FSH,LH and T,were determined in 91 lead exposed male workers in a storage battery factory and in 40 control male workers in a clothing factory.The results showed that the blood lead level (BPb)in lead exposed group was significantly higher than in control group(P<0.01).Compared to the control group,LH content obviously decreased (P<0.05),and T content was lower in low lead exposed group (BPb25 40μg/d1).It was suggested that lower blood lead level may disturb the reproductive endocrine function.更多还原
