【摘要】 目的:为了进一步研究EB病毒和鼻咽癌的关系,达到早期发现和早期治疗鼻咽癌的目的,我们在梧州市再次进行了鼻咽癌血清学检查,对象主要是30岁～39岁人群。并将结果和1980年我们对40～59岁人群的鼻咽癌普查结果进行比较。方法:抽取广西梧州市30～39岁正常人群的静脉血2ml,分离血清,于-20℃保存备用;用免疫酶法检测血清中VCA—IgA和EA-IgA;对VCA-IgA抗体阳性者进行临床检查,可疑者作活检及病理检查。结果:在16769人中,检出VCA-IgA阳性417人,EA-IgA阳性20人,鼻咽癌6例。鼻咽癌病人的VCA-IgA和EA-lgA均阳性,其几何平均滴度分别为1:113.1和1:28.3。检出的鼻咽癌病例全部为临床Ⅱ期。结论:鼻咽癌血清学普查对于早期发现鼻咽癌病人有着十分重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: In order to study the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), and to find and to treat NPC in early stage,mass serological survey of NPC were cwviced out again, in population 30 to 39 in Wuzhou City, and compased with that of NPC mass survey in the age group from 40 to 59 in 1980. Methods:Sera were ob-tained from venous blood (2ml) of 16769 persons of 30 to 39 years of age, and stored at-20℃, and were tested with immu-noenzymatic method for VCA-IgA and EA-IgA. VCA-IgA. Persons with positive sesucts were examined clinically. Biopsies were taken from suspected NPC cases and examined. Results:There were 417 persons with VCA-IgA positive and 20 persons with EA-IgA positive in 16769 persons the age from 30 to 39 in Wuzhou City . 6 cases of NPC were discovered. All NPC cases found in the mass survey belong to positive group with both VCA-IgA and EA-IgA and were in clinicalⅡstage.
