难浸金矿选择性固砷焙烧预处理新工艺
NEW PRETREATMENT TECHNIQUE OF ARSENICFIXINGROAST OF DIFFICULTTOLEACH GOLD ORE
【摘要】 在难浸金矿加熟石灰固砷、固硫焙烧预处理工艺的基础上,提出了选择性固砷焙烧新工艺。热力学分析表明,加入钙盐选择性固砷焙烧是可行的,钙盐的加入可减少甚至避免Fe2(SO4)3和FeAsO4的形成,而且3CaO·As2O5比CaSO4更稳定,即3CaO·As2O5比CaSO4更易形成。试验研究结果表明,对于含砷121%,硫2099%、锑134%、碳326%的金精矿,经选择性固砷焙烧预处理,砷的固定率可达到92%,而78%~84%的硫则以SO2气体挥发,金浸出率为92%左右。
【Abstract】 Based on the pretreatment technigue of roasting difficulttoleach gold ore in the presence of slaked lime to fix arsenic and sulfur, the authors have developed a new arsenicfixing roast techniqhe for difficulttoleach gold ore. Thermodymanic analysis has shown that in the presence of calcium salts the arsenicfixing roast technique is feasible. The addition of calcium salts can reduce or even avoid the formation of Fe2(SO4)3 and FeAsO4. Also 3CaO·As2O5 has a higher stability than CaSO4, and therefore it is easy for the former to form compared with the latter. The test results have shown that after the pretreatment of gold concentrate containing 121% As, 2099% S, 134% Sb and 326% C by the arsenicfixing roast technique, an arsenicfixing ratio of 92% and a gold reach ratio of 92% can be achieved, and 78%~84% S is volatilized as SO2.
