难浸金矿选择性固砷焙烧预处理新工艺

【摘要】 在难浸金矿加熟石灰固砷、固硫焙烧预处理工艺的基础上,提出了选择性固砷焙烧新工艺。热力学分析表明,加入钙盐选择性固砷焙烧是可行的,钙盐的加入可减少甚至避免Fe2(SO4)3和FeAsO4的形成,而且3CaO·As2O5比CaSO4更稳定,即3CaO·As2O5比CaSO4更易形成。试验研究结果表明,对于含砷121%,硫2099%、锑134%、碳326%的金精矿,经选择性固砷焙烧预处理,砷的固定率可达到92%,而78%~84%的硫则以SO2气体挥发,金浸出率为92%左右。

【Abstract】 Based on the pretreatment technigue of roasting difficulttoleach gold ore in the presence of slaked lime to fix arsenic and sulfur, the authors have developed a new arsenicfixing roast techniqhe for difficulttoleach gold ore. Thermodymanic analysis has shown that in the presence of calcium salts the arsenicfixing roast technique is feasible. The addition of calcium salts can reduce or even avoid the formation of Fe2(SO4)3 and FeAsO4. Also 3CaO·As2O5 has a higher stability than CaSO4, and therefore it is easy for the former to form compared with the latter. The test results have shown that after the pretreatment of gold concentrate containing 121% As, 2099% S, 134% Sb and 326% C by the arsenicfixing roast technique, an arsenicfixing ratio of 92% and a gold reach ratio of 92% can be achieved, and 78%~84% S is volatilized as SO2.
