烟草罹赤星病后苯丙烷类代谢途径有关酶及物质的动态研究

【摘要】 研究测定了不同抗性的烟草品种接种赤星病菌后,苯丙氨酸解氨酶和过氧化物酶活性以及总酚和类黄酮含量的变化.结果表明,苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性峰与抗病性负相关,抗病品种的总酚和类黄酮含量高峰及过氧化物酶活性峰高于感病品种.这些峰值的大小可作为鉴定品种抗病性的生化指标.

【Abstract】 Tobacco Varieties with different resistance after being inoculated with brown spot fungi [Alternaria alternata (Fries) Kissler], their phenylalanine ammonia Igase (PALase) the activity of peroxidase (POD) the content changes of total phenols and flavoneids were an-alysised. The results shewed that PAL’s active peak was negatively correlated with the disease resistance. The susceptible varieties’ PAL active peak was4.3 times higher than the rasistant varieties. The resistant varicties’ POD active peak and the contents of flavonoid and total phenlos’ values were higher than the susceptible varieties. These peak velues can be used as one of phyiso- chemical evidence to evaluate the varicties disease resistances.
