【摘要】 超声波煤气流量计采用非接触式的超声波探头,直接安装在煤气管道的外侧进行煤气流量的连续在线检测,测量精度高于2%。该流量计在数字显示的同时,还配以4~20mA的模拟输出,可以十分方便地进行流量的瞬时显示、累计积算

【Abstract】 The ultrasonic flowmeter for coal gas is another new achievement in scientifc research for the small nitrogenous fertilizer plant following the development of the on line ultrasonic analyzer for measuring the concentration of aqua ammonia, installed in the pipeline and the ultrasonic level indicator for the cuprammonia scrubbing column. The ultrasonic flowmeter for coal gas employs the non contact ultrasonic probe, which is directly installed on the outside of the gas pipeline for continuous on line detection of the flowrate of coal gas, with an accuracy of less than 2%. The flowmeter, while giving digital display, offers also an analogous output of 4~20 mA and can give instantaneous display and cumulative calculation of the flowrate very conveniently.
