GI—Ⅰ型粉浆涂塑铝瓷核冠与面瓷结合界面的研究

【摘要】 通过扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪分别观察了GI-Ⅰ型铝瓷核冠与面瓷的结合界面及界面两侧元素分布情况,结果显示:面瓷(Vitadur-N)与GI-Ⅰ型粉浆涂塑铝瓷核冠底层界面结合紧密,界面两侧有元素扩散现象。

【Abstract】 The interface between GI-I slip casting aluminous ceramic core and the decorating porcelain was studied by means of SEM and EDAX . The results showed that thete existed a tightly bonded interface between the decorating porcelain (Vitadur桸) and GI-I slip casting aluminoue ceramic core, where ion trasferenes were found.
