【摘要】 研究表明用短梗霉多糖涂层鸡蛋,可以延长保存期,并能增强蛋壳的强度。

【Abstract】 Studies showed that the storing time can be prolonged if eggs were coated with Pullu- lan, and the hardness of eggshell were im- proved.
