【Abstract】 Reducing gear noise is one of very important problems in gear fields.Concave profile is main factor to cause gear noise.This paper introduced the electro chemical shaving process which is used to eliminate the concave profile and manufacture the gear with a little convex profile.As a result,the gear noise has been reduced by about 5 db.Experiments have proved that this process is available.更多还原
