短时渗氮工艺的研究
Study on Short time Nitriding Process
【摘要】 大多数钢铁材料经560℃×(2~4)h短时渗氮可以获得与铁素体氮碳共渗相似的渗层和表面硬度(低碳钢除外)。本文论述短时渗氮的温度、氨分解率、时间、渗后出炉冷却等工艺参数和操作方法的选择。指出短时渗氮的特点是带着化合物层服役使工件耐磨性大幅度提高,其关键在于选择适当的工艺时间,在工件表面形成薄而致密的化合物层。如果化合物层大于15μm表面将出现疏松,而致密区的厚度并未增长,因而过长的渗氮时间是有害无益的。短时渗氮已在工业应用中显示出良好的效果。
【Abstract】 After having been nitrided for 2 to 4 hours at 560℃,most material used for ingot can obtain the layer and surface hardness which is similar to that of ferrites nitrocarburizing (except low carbon steel).The choice of such coefficients and operating methods of short time nitriding as temperature,decomposition rate of ammonia,time and the cooling after nitriding is discussed in this paper.The character of short time nitriding is that the wearability of the workpieces can be improved by a wide margin when the workpieces service with the compound layers.The key is to choose proper process time to form a thin and tight compound layer on the surface of the workpieces.If the thickness of the compound layer is more than 15μm,the sponginess will appear on the surface,but the tight region thickness of the compound layers isnt increase.Therefore excessive time nitriding is harmful.Short time nitriding has already shown fine effect in industry.
