【摘要】 本文研制了金属材料热处理工艺专家系统。在用户输入机械零件的材料、尺寸和性能要求后，该专家系统即可推理出合理的热处理工艺，且允许用户对工艺方案进行适当地调整，系统最后生成热处理工艺卡。用户可以对知识库进行修改和扩充，以便使系统的性能得到不断完善。热处理工艺专家系统的研制为ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ／ＣＡＰＰ中零件工艺方案的完善提供了新的思路更多还原
