【Abstract】 The image spread brought a large error in the profile measurement utilizing a laser probe. The present paper analyzed the parameters which contributed to the diameter of the image spread, and gave the ways for improvements with the result of the computer simulated curves. In conclusion, the resolution couldn’t be changed in the curve profile measurement.更多还原
