TDI基聚氨酯软段结构与性能的关系研究
Study on the Soft Segment Structure-Property Relationship of TDI-Based Polyurethanes
【摘要】 用DSC分析了若干种软段对TDI基聚氨酯(PU)微相分离程度的影响,同时还测定了它们的力学性能。结果表明:微相分离程度顺序为HTPB-PU>POP-PU>PTMGPU,软段分子量大的较分子量小的微相分离程度大。对于POP-PU体系来说,由于PAS接枝共聚物的介入而影响了软、硬段的相分离程度,同时该体系也呈现出三相结构。
【Abstract】 Influences of the different soft segments on TDI-based polyurethane are investigated by DSC method,and the physical properties are also tested. The results show that the de-gree of microphase separation is HTPB-PU >PoP-PU> PTMG-PU, and the degree of microphase separation of higher molecular weight soft segment is better than that of lDwer one. The PAS graft copolymer has influence on POP-PU’s phase separatinn and the triphase system is observed’
