【Abstract】 In order to study the action of HPV16.18 and p 53 gene in the development of gastric carcinoma, fresh gastric carcinoma specimens of 30 cases were collected. The HPV16.18 infection was investigated by PCR and p 53 mutation detected by PCR - SSCP. The results showed; 1)The positive rate of HPV16 infection was 40. 0%; 2)No HPV18 infection was found; 3)The p 53 gene mutation was found in 50.0% cases of gastric carcinoma; 4)Both of HPV16 infection and p 53 gene mutation were found in 16. 7% of fresh gastric carcinoma specimens.更多还原
