东亚岛弧地形横剖面与板块运动

【摘要】 通过对东亚岛弧横剖面形态的系统分析,并结合弧前构造应力的分析,作者认为,东亚岛弧形成于板块东移的构造环境中。横剖面形态存在两种基本类型,即内(侧)缓外(侧)陡型和内陡外缓型,这两种不同的横剖面具有不同的弧前应力,前者表现弧前挤压,后者表现弧前引张,这反映地貌形态与构造应力之间的密切关系。两种类型的分布规律,反映太平洋板块并没有向亚洲大陆施加挤压力。相反,亚洲大陆东缘存在向海洋方向扩张和岛弧东移的趋势。

【Abstract】 According to study about the patterns and cross sections of island arcs in East Asia and with discussion on forearc stress,the author suggested that the island arcs were formed in the condition of eastbound plate movement.The island arcs always show convex toward east(sea).The cross sections can be classed into two types.One is gentle on landward side but steep on seaward side.The other,on the contrary,is steep landward and gentle seaward.There is a significant difference in stress state between the two types.The former shows compression in forearc area and the latter shows tension.This indicates close relationship between landform and stress.The spatial distribution of the types shows that the east margin of Asia continent is spreading toward the ocean and the island arcs move eastwards with it,rather than the Pacific plate puts compression on the Asia plate.
