红外探测器组件可靠性指标分配初探

【摘要】 试图从分析红外探测器组件的组成及其可靠性因素入手，以６０元ＰＣΑＭＣＴ探测器组件为例，介绍几种可靠性指标分配方法和相应的结果，并分别做出评估

【Abstract】 Based on the analysi of the components of an infrared detector assembly and their reliability,several methods of reliability assignment are deduced by analyzing a 60 element PC MCT detector dewar assembly,and their results are reported.Each method and its result have been evaluated.
