【Abstract】 In this Paper, the experimental results of the cuttage and root - growing of Cephalotaxus mannii Hook.f. were reported. It showed that: 1) the half-phellemation branches of Cephatotaxus mannii Hook.f. could survive through cuttage; 2) the best cutting medium was the broken coir;3) the best medicament was IBA and the most suitable density 1500 mg/L for the root-growing; 4) the survival rate of the cutting woods in autumn was higher than that of them in spring; 5) the root-growing rate of the lateral branches was higher than that of the upright branches, and in comparision with the latter, the former grew fast.更多还原
