奥氏体不锈钢切削表面的粗糙度

【摘要】 通过大量试验,得出了切削用量和刀具几何参数对奥氏体不锈钢加工表面粗糙度的影响规律.其中切削速度应避开驼峰区,合理选择刀尖圆弧半径,并且适当减小进给量、主偏角、副偏角等参数,可以降低表面粗糙度,本研究为提高水轮机组转轮室中环加工表面质量提供了依据.
【Abstract】 The law of cutting speed, cutting depth, feed and tool geometry parameters affect- ing surface roughness during the cutting of austenic stainless steel is obtained from a lot of ex- periments in this paper. Cutting speed should avoid the range of camel peak, oorner radius y3 should be chosen reasonably, and the parameters (feed、 tool cutting edge angle Ky tool minor cutting edge angle K’y etc.) are reduced suitably, so that the surface roughness is reduced. The study provides basis for improving surface quality of centre ring.
