【摘要】 介绍了一种低本底微量气态氚测量装置的结构、性能以及２Ｈｅ中微量３Ｈ２的分析结果。它具有结构简单、动态精度高等优点，定量测量下限为Ｎ（３Ｈ２）／Ｎ（３Ｈｅ）＜１０－１１。

【Abstract】 A microanalytic 4πβ counter with anticoincidence shield for 3H 2 in 3He is introduced. As a low background microanalysis device of gaseous tritium, this instrument has advantages such as simple structure, high accuracy and low detection limit [N ( 3H 2) /N( 3He)<10 -11 ]. In this paper the structure and main performance of the counter is described and the test results for 3H 2 in 3He are given.
