分光光度法测定水中溶解氧
Determination of DO in water by spectrophotometry
【摘要】 分光光度法测定水中溶解氧的最佳波长为４５０ｎｍ，用此法与碘量法测量同一水样，经统计检验无显著性差异。
【Abstract】 Spectrophotometry is proposed for the determination of DO and 450nm is given as the optimam wave length. There is no significant difference between spectrophotometry and iodemetry with paired design student test.
