【Abstract】 Using a combined method of 5’-AMP affinity chromatography,ion exchange chromatography,Sephadex G-100 chromatography and repeated crystallization,the five medicinal enzymes,aldolase etc.,were gradually isolated and purified from four enzyme solutions of rabbit skeletal muscle separated with ammonium sulfate precipitation.The purified enzymes were all of high purity and high specific activity.The method possesses the practical value for its advantages of low production cost,simple operation and high enzyme recovery.更多还原
