【摘要】 本研究以灵芝（Ｇａｎｏｄｅｒｍａｌｕｃｉｄｕｍ）、金针菇（Ｆｌａｍｍｕｌｉｎａｖｅｌａｔｉｐｅｓ）和香菇（Ｌｅｎｔｉｎｕｓｅｄｏｄｅｓ）为供试品种，筛选得到的三株供试菌株能良好地进行深层培养。灵芝、金针菇长速较快，４８～９６小时为其增殖生长期；香菇为４８～１４４小时的增殖生长期，长速较慢。发酵罐中试培养灵芝、金针菇６４～７２小时生物量为３０ｇ／１００ｍｌ（鲜重）以上，而香菇则需９６～１２０小时才能达此指标。本研究为进一步开发应用提供了技术保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three strains were selected from Ganoderma lucidum,Flammulina velutipes and Lentinus edodes for submerged culture.Ganoderma lucidum and Flammulina velutipes grow faster.The multiplication peroid of them is 48～96 hours,while that of Lentinus edodes in 48～144 hours.In the fermentor thebiomass of Ganoderma lucidum and Flammulina velutipes can reach more than 30g/100ml(fresh weight) at 64～72 hours,while that of Lentinus edodes reaches the same index at 96～120 hours.The study provides technical guarantee for further application.更多还原
