【摘要】 本文把现代企业作为一个动态开放式人造系统，对企业转换经营机制的目标要求、企业经营机制的内涵及其机制体系进行了较为深入地探索，提出企业经营机制是以利益机制为核心的，并由利益机制、决策机制、动力机制，约束机制、发展机制及相对应的若干二级子机制构成的庞大体系。该文着重于企业转换经营机制的理论研究，对提高企业转机建制的认识有一定的促进作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The article regards the modern enterprise as a dynamic,open and manmade system.It　makes more deeper　research into the purpose and requirement 、 content and mechanism system of changing operational mechanism within enterprises and points out that the benefit mechanism is the core.
