【Abstract】 Coefficients of relationship of 74 cultivars with their original ancestors, i.e.the clones of S. officinarum, S. spontaneum, S. robustum and S. barberi, were calculated by the aid of the Germplasm Data Base Management System, and their relationships with varietal performance were analyzed. The results showed that the amounts of genetic contribution of wild relatives (both S. spontaneum and S. robustum), and the ratios of wild relatives’ to S. officinarum’s contributions have relatively obvious effects on the stress tolerance and the adaptability of cultivars, but the sugar content and yield potential did not appear to be closely associated with the amount of genetic contribution of noble cane clones.更多还原
