【摘要】 本文在分析高技术产业政策对于促进国家高技术产业发展的作用、各国在这方面政策的成功经验及失败教训的基础上．提出了我国在促进高技术产业发展方面的政策建议。

【Abstract】 In this article, through analpeing the importance for poicies to promte the national high technologic industrial and experiences of success and fail of other countries, we put forward the pro- of policies on promoting the development of national high technologic industrial of our country.
