【Abstract】 C 60 can react easily with 2 aminoethanol forms a water soluble derivative (C 60 AE).C 60 AE can be further modified by acrylyl chloride and methacrylyl chloride form fullerence containing monomers (C 60 AE AC and C 60 AE MAC).A macromolecularized water soluble fullerenc (C 60 JD400) has been also obtained by reaction of C 60 with amino group terminated poly(propylene glycol) (Jeffamine D400). Based on above water soluble C 60 s,three kinds of C 60 involved hydrogels are prepared,i.e.adsorbing of C 60 JD400 by poly(N isopropylacrylamide) hydrogel results hydrogel involving C 60 ,absorbing type;polymerization of N isopropylacrylamide in C 60 JD400 aqueous solution gives an semi IPN type and its copolymerization with C 60 AE AC or C 60 AE MAC leads covalently binding type. The superoxide anion (O - 2) level under visible light irradiation in systems containing C 60 JD400 has been investigated by traditional cytochrome C method.cytochrome c is reduced by superoxide anmion and the absorbance of reduced cytochrome C increases along with the increasing of irradiation time.更多还原
