【Abstract】 A BF tuyere monitor has been developed to realize continuous monitoring of tuyere inner situation,instead of manual observation.The main functions are coal injection monitoring,abnormal BF operation monitoring,diagnosing coke movement and tuyere temperature etc.The fix protecting apparatus can ensure the detector to work well under hard conditions of tuyere.There is no disturbance to manual observation and tuyere replacement.更多还原
