火焰原子吸收法测定人发中钙、镁、铜、铁、锌含量

【摘要】 以硝酸－双氧水为混合溶剂，湿法溶解发样，考查了人发中共存离子的干扰情况，并对钙在空气－乙炔火焰中电离，提出了抑制的方法。人发５种元素回收率分别为钙１００．７％，镁１０２．０％，铜１０４．０％，铁１０２．０％，锌１０３．０％。

【Abstract】 HNO 3-H 2O 2 as the selvent to resolve the samples, the glasswares are put in the dilute HNO 3 for cetrain time before use. The interference of coexisting ions was studied and the eliminating method was also proposed for electro-disso ciation of Ca in air-acetylene. The recoveries of the method for the determination of 5 metal elements in human hair are Ca: 100.7 %, Mg: 102.0 %, Cu: 104.0 %, Fe: 102.0 % and Zn: 103.6 % respectively.
