【Abstract】 Cauliflower male-sterile line MSA was used as sterile source, crossed the breeds with broccoliferbile line. And through back-crossing bred,cauliflower cytoplasmic male sterile line was transfered tobroccoli cytoplasmic male sterile line. After one-gerenation crossed and four-gerenation back-gerenation back-crossed, anexeellent horticulture character sterile line 5A was selected, where genetic character was stable, and thepercentage of stage plant and the sterility percentage were 100 %.更多还原
