烯烃聚合Ti-Mg系负载型催化剂的IR光谱
IR Spectra of Ti-Mg System Supported Catalyst for Olefin Polymerization
【摘要】 采用IR技术测试了烯烃聚合Ti-Mg系负载型催化剂制备过程形成的物种,根据Si-Ci、Ti-O、C—O和C=O键特征吸收峰的变化,表征制备过程所生成的载体Bu—O—SiCl3与MgCl2和催化剂“预备体”与MgCl2·TiCl4,IR光谱的信息与聚合反应动力学的结果一致。
【Abstract】 The formed species in preparation process of Ti-Mg system supported catalyst for olefin polymerization were determined by using IR techique. On the basis of changes of characterstic absorption peak for Si-Cl、Ti-O、C-O and C=O bond, the formed Carriers Bu—O→MgCl2—SiCl3 or MgCl2 and Catalyst "Precursors" Bu—O→MgCl2—TiCl3 or MgCl2·TiCl4 were characterized. The informations of IR Spectra are in agreement with the results of polymerization reaction kinetics.
