低温燃烧细颗粒循环流化床锅炉的研制

【摘要】 在多次实验研究基础上,成功地设计了一台炉内双级分离特种用途的细颗粒低温燃烧循环流化床锅炉,该锅炉安装于云南某实验厂,经一次点火、试运成功。该文对该锅炉的设计特点、技术关键、锅炉结构、分离和回输以及运行、调试情况做了详细的分析论述。图5表1参6

【Abstract】 Based on numerous experimental work,a special use wee grain firing circulating fluidized bed boiler with two stage internal separation has been successfully designed and installed in a certain experimental factory and successfully commissioned in its first run.The paper presents a detailed account of the boiler’s design features,the crucial problems,the boiler’s structure,separation and back feed as well as the commissioning.
