【Abstract】 The surgical management of middle concha on 45 patients with chronic maxillary sinusitis under nasal endoscopy was performed between 1992 and 1995. All patients were followed-up for 5 months to 3 years. The results showed that the effect was good in 40cases (40/45, 88. 9 % )’ Their clinical symptoms disappeared and middle concha returned to normal. The surgical technique, indieations and physiological function of middle concha were discussed.更多还原
