【Abstract】 97 Pnemonosis inpatient.s from Tatong were examined with the Micnoaggluti-nation test(MAT):for the antibody against legionella pneumophila. The result shown the positive rate (antibody titer≥1: 16) was 29. 9%, the percentage of patienl.s diagnosed (antibody titer≥l : 64)was 16. 5%. The antibody titer in double serum samples from two cases revealed a fourfold of higher rise. A case was thought of as nosocomial pneumonia caused by LP1 ,from the clinic: date and the serologic diagnosis.更多还原
