煤微生物转化产物对色素微生物和蔬菜的刺激作用
Stimulation effect of microbially converted coal products on pigment producing microorganism and vegetables
【摘要】 在两种产色素微生物的培养基中,加入煤的微生物转化产物,所得微生物发酵液的色素浓度及吸光度有较显著的增加.将煤生物转化产物作为蔬菜生长刺激素的实验亦取得了显著效果.该结果揭示煤微生物转化产物在生物激素上的重要应用前景.
【Abstract】 Microbially converted caol products were added to the medium for culture and fermentation of microorganism to produce pigments. The pigments producing strains used in the experiment are Monascus anka and Phaffia rhodozyma. The absorbance of fermentation solution freed of biomass at 456 nm which represents the peak absorption of pigment increases greatly for the presence and the stimulating effect of microbially converted coal product in the culture, compared with that of the control tests, when the content of bioconverted coal product (BP) ranges from 60×10 -6 to 220×10 -6 . This result demonstrates the promising future of BP application in bioengineering and biological industry. Growth of vegetables in laboratory watered with BP containing solution ranging from 15×10 -6  ̄35×10 -6 also shows a 2 to 6 folds’ increase in the average weight of each piece of Chinese cabbage. The results reveal an important application prospect of BP as hormone material.
