热等离子体技术制造铜铬触头材料
PRODUCING CuCr CONTACT MATERIALS BY HOT PLASMA TECHNOLOGY
【摘要】 本文简单介绍了热等离子技术的原理及真空开关用铜铬触头材料制造工艺现阶段的研究发展状况,对热等离子体技术在铜铬材料制备中的应用作了评述。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces briefly the principle of hot plasma technology. Research and development of CuCr contact materials for vacuum switching devices have been reviewed. The applications of hot plasma technology in producing CuCr alloy are described in detail.
