【摘要】 用高效液相色谱方法研究除草剂绿黄隆在小麦及大豆植株中的降解动态。绿黄隆有效用量为１５ｇ·ｈｍ－２、３０ｇ·ｈｍ－２、９０ｇ·ｈｍ－２时茎叶喷雾小麦铁春１号、克丰２号、东农１２０、克旱９号，４种小麦品种均生长正常。绿黄隆有效用量为１５ｇ·ｈｍ－２和３０ｇ·ｈｍ－２时，４种小麦品种降解半衰期均在１ｈ左右；绿黄隆有效用量为９０ｇ·ｈｍ－２时４种小麦品种降解半衰期在２ｈ时左右。敏感作物大豆东农４２在绿黄隆有效用量为１５ｇ·ｈｍ－２茎叶喷雾后死亡，其降解半衰期大于４０ｈ。更多还原
