【摘要】 从东北大黑鳃金龟（ＨｏｌｏｔｒｉｃｈｉａｄｉｏｍｐｈａｌｉａＢａｔｅｓ）成虫体中分离出一株球孢白僵菌Ｂｅａｕｖｅｒｉａｂａｓｉａｎａ（Ｂａｌｓａｍｏ．）Ｖｕｉｌ．。室内试验表明，它对金龟子的感病率为６１．３％，２龄蛴螬的最高死亡率为５３．３％。该株球孢白僵菌对东北大黑鳃金龟２龄幼虫的毒力略大于绿僵菌Ｍｅｔａｒｈｉｚｉｕｍａｎｉｓｏｐｌｉａｅ（Ｍｅｔｃｈ．）Ｓｏｒ．（４５．６％），明显大于卵孢白僵菌Ｂ．ｂｒｏｎｇｎｉａｒｔｉ（Ｓａｃｃａｒｄｏ）Ｐｅｔｃｈ（２０％）更多还原
