【Abstract】 This paper introduces the manufacturing method and quality controlled parameters of a high property silicone rubber push button.The properties and formula of the insulating size material and the electrically conductive size material are related in detail.The manufacturing silicone rubber push button keeps good state after 320,000 times experiment of the service life.The standard contact resistance of the button is less than 100 Ω,and the insulating resistance is greater than 1×10 16 Ω cm.In addition,the feel and anti elasticity are exceedingly good.the manufacturing silicone rubber push button accords with the demands of push button perfectly.更多还原
