【摘要】 介绍了在太空制备半导体材料的优点,以及美国、前苏联、日本和我国在空间制备半导体材料的简况。

【Abstract】 The advantages of semiconducting materials prepared in space are presented.A brief description on the preparation of semiconducting materials in space in USA,Japan and China is given.
