成都地区番茄病毒病种群鉴定及TMV株系分化

【摘要】 通过对122份番茄病毒病样本的鉴定，明确了成都地区番茄病毒病的主要毒原种群是黄瓜花叶病毒（CMV）和烟草花叶病毒（TMV），CMV占祥本数的59．0％，TMV占23．0％，两者混合侵染类型占13.1％，初步鉴定出番茄TMV分化为0、1两株系，以0株系为主。

【Abstract】 The 122 specimens of tomato virusdisease were diagnosised. It showed that the mainspecies of tomato virus were CMV and TMV inChengdu region. CMV was 59. 5% of the totalspecimens and TMV 23. 0%, the double mixedinfection type 13. 1 %. Tomato TMV woulddifferentiate into strain 0 and 1, the strain 0 is themain one.
