杆状病毒侵染中国对虾鳃、胃和肝胰腺的电镜观察及感染途径的探讨

【摘要】 超薄切片电镜观察表明，中国对虾的鳃、胃和肝胰腺均发现有大量杆状病毒。并观察到一个衣膜包裹两个核衣壳的现象。还对侵入胃的杆状病毒通过组织间隙血淋巴向肝胰腺扩散的途径进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 Ultramicrotomy showed that numerous bacilliform viruses were found in the gill,stomach and hepatopancreas of the prawn Penaeus chinensis. The phenomenon that two nuclecapsids were wrapped up by one envelope was observed.A possible pathway of infection of the virus in the body of prawn was suggested in the paper.The baculovirus invades the stomach first,and then infects and spreads over gill and hepatopancreatic tissue via haemolymph.
